People tend to start therapy for various reasons. It may be at a time of crisis, a recent loss or breakup, or a major life transition. It may be when you feel ready to face difficult emotions and repeating patterns in relationships that have long gotten in the way of feeling more authentically connected to yourself or others. You may also feel unsure about ‘why’ you’re ready for therapy but feel drawn to it in order to make changes in your life. Whichever the case may be, we are here to help.
